Supervision for LPC Associates

Congratulations on completing your LPC coursework and exam! I am excited to potentially be a part of your ride. I asked my daughter to draw this picture because I believe that there is a beautiful oak tree within you.

Supervision is crucial to the growth and education of an LPC-Associate. For a minimum of 18 months, LPC-Associates work under the supervision of a board approved LPC Supervisor while earning a minimum of 3000 hours of experience. The rules are HERE.

Choosing your supervisor is an important process, they’re not just there to sign off on your hours, but they are a consultant, coach, and cheerleader in this next step on your way to becoming fully licensed.
